Bruno Jimenez – Senior Consultant

Bruno has worked in the Information Technology industry since 1986 covering a wide range of positions from Operations, Automation and System Administrator to Disaster Recovery Management.

Prior to joining OpsCentre, Bruno held management and consulting positions in Business Services, System Administration and Support, Disaster Recovery Plan and Management, Management of Projects, IT Operations Management and Client Co-location and IT relocations, in a wide of industries servicing both the public and private sectors.  His industry experience includes several years in the financial and retail management.

Bruno has significant experience in many functional skills across a diverse range of industries, including, Business Contingency and Disaster Recovery Planning, Security Management, and IT implementations. Bruno has worked on BCP/DRP projects for Westfield, Laiki Bank, Victoria DET, PAGA, P&O, Tower Insurance, Brambles, AMP, AAS, and many more.

His experience spans most disciplines of Information Technology, including IT Strategic planning,  Computer room collocations, documentation of IT processes and procedures, assessment of risk, IT security management, business process and IT vendor management with an emphasis on development, implementation, testing and auditing of large scale Business Contingency and Disaster Recovery Plans for mission critical business systems,

Bruno’s educational background includes Data Processing Certificate as well successfully completed courses including Backup and Recovery Media Services, logical partition, ITIL and Service Management Philosophy and systems management, operations and programming.
