OpsCentre provides a range of classroom-based and online Business Continuity (BC) and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR) training services.
Public Training Courses
In conjunction with Continuity Forum, OpsCentre delivers a number of public training courses, some accredited by the Business Continuity Institute (BCI).
These courses are run in most capital cities throughout Australia on a regular basis, are cost effective and are offered at discounted rates to Continuity Forum member organisations.
In-house tailored Training Courses
For organisations with larger groups of staff, or requiring customised courseware for your own business or internal processes, in-house training is the most suitable option.
In-house training is most effective for at least six staff members or more.
Our team develops and delivers course materials to suit your specific requirements, including reference your own products and services, risk profiles, service level targets and continuity planning strategy, plans, sites, teams and infrastructure.
We can build tests, exercises and examinations and accredit staff to a variety of DR/BC standards, if required.
Online Training Services
Online training is a very cost effective option, particularly for diverse and geographically dispersed staff groups, and given it is ‘always available online’, it is beneficial as ongoing refresher training for new or existing staff. Integration of BC/ITDR into online staff induction training programs can also be provided.
We provide an online hosted training environment or can build courseware for delivery via your own preferred internal online training tool. Online training provides a rich learning experience combining text, video, audio, online testing, assessment and product/research information.
